JOB SUMMARY

Driving the Agribusiness loans portfolio in the allocated Branch & its catchment area to achieve the disbursement targets assigned.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITY

Source quality farmer-financing & Agribusiness-financing opportunities for Bank.

Adhering to Banks product/ credit policies while sourcing/ disbursing loans

Ensure completing all documentation & land-mortgage before disbursement

Achieve the disbursement-targets assigned to Branch.

Ensure timely repayment/ renewals in cases disbursed

Maintaining portfolio quality to achieve near-zero delinquency.

Achieving the cross-sell/ Fee income targets assigned to Branch

Liaison with Lead Bank & various Govt. Agencies like SLBC/ DLTC/ NABARD etc. operating in Branchs catchment area
