JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a FactSet Consultant you will join the biggest and fastest growing department in FactSet; you will combine your strong knowledge in finance with a thorough understanding of the FactSet applications. Offering an unparalleled level of service, Consultants assist clients by:
Answering day to day client queries and providing
creative solutions
Working on large scale projects that optimize our
clients workflows;
Visiting clients in their offices to provide on-site
consultation and training;
Training clients at their desks or in groups;
Managing a group of accounts assigned to you, ensuring
that the relationship is healthy and that clients are getting the most out of
the system.
