To support efforts to consolidate knowledge from
various Operations Improvement and Excellence engagements at BUs, SPGs, ICs
Department Activities
Operational Excellence (Opex) Team is part of Corporate
strategy and Change Management Department. The team has been created to
identify and facilitate the delivery of Opertaional improvements at ICs, SBGs
and BUs either along with external consultants or independently. Further as
part of Lakshya 2012, Operational Excellence and strengthening of Project
Delivery processes have been identified as crucal for Profitable growth. The
Opex team has been created and is now being expanded to help various
constituents of L&T deliver results through excellent operations
