Job Description
 Position 1 : Center Head

1) Candidate should be a Graduate / MBA with minimum 10 years of Hard Core Sales Experience of which the last 4 years should be at Managerial Level controlling a center/ Branch.
2) Age 30 +
3) Candidate will be profit Center Head and will be responsible for achieving Sales Target of the center, leading & motivating sales force & implementing sales & BTL/Promotional strategies of the center under him.
4) Candidate will be responsible for overall student enrollment in the center.
5) Candidate will be responsible for sales, training, placements, accounts and administrative work at center level.
6) Should be excellent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power point.
7) Should be a Team Player, Motivator & a good Leader.
8) Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer.
9) Candidates from Education Background would be preferred.
10) Should have been stable in previous organization with proven track record. Should not be a job hopper.

Position 2: Assistant Manager Customer Acquisition / Sr. Counselor

Profile :
Admissions, counseling
Handling customer queries
Holding presentations
Open for participation in education/job fairs .
Converting Walk Ins into Admissions.
House Calling
Responsible to generate daily / weekly / monthly walk-ins
Have to also handle the duties & responsibilities of operations work, which include, like admission process & documentation, batch scheduling and, data management and MIS, , etc.
Team management.
Achieving Sales target.


Experience: Minimum 5 years

3) Candidate will be responsible for achieving Sales Target of the center, leading & motivating sales force & implementing sales & BTL/Promotional strategies of the center.
4) Candidate will be responsible for student enrollment in the center.
5) Candidate will be responsible for visiting and arranging activities in various schools and colleges.
6) Candidate must have excellent presentation skills.
7) Candidate will be responsible for Student enrollment through various tie ups with Business/Education consultant.
8) Candidate will be responsible for various promotion and field activities in Satellite Towns in his territory assigned by the management.
