Excellent phone skills - listening and managing possibly irate customers.
Excellent Organizational skills and good coordinating skills
Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Clear voice and accent to communicate with US customers - exposure to working with US customers

Exposure to good ERP systems in the CS domain
Roles & Responsibility: -
This person will be responsible for handling the traffic coming into the SL Customer Service line - customers with questions, complaints about their ads and contracts - will work on the As 400 software to check customer accounts and resolve their issues or send /escalate them to concerned departments.
