Job Description
To prepare the monthly production plan - day wise,
manufacturing plant wise line wise with RM & PPM availability status.
prepare
the monthly packing plan - day wise, manufacturing plant wise linewise with
packing material availability status.
To prepare
the monthly material requirement plan based on various forecast received from
sales team. Based on this, monthly cashflow plan is to be prepared. Further
approved cashflow plan is to be provided to purchase team for procurement of
materials on monthly basis.
To prepare
the monthly finished goods availability plan for preparation of dispatch plan
and submit to sales operations team and logistics team.
To prepare
the monthly inventory analysis of all materials lying at plant.
To monitor
plan vs. actual reports of production, packing & dispatch for
debottlenecking of any issues faced from time to time.
To explore
possibility of IT Process enhancement in PPA Functions.
To
co-ordinate with purchase department for timely delivery of materials for
smoother production at plant.

B.Tech/B.E.
PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required
PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization

Candidate
should have minimum 3 years experience in pharma industry.
Candidate
should have good communication skills
Candidate
should be well versed with MS Office functions.
Candidate
with Engineering graduate would be preferred.
