Job DescriptionWork Experience:

8 years of Hard core product development experience in Industrial Products / B2B company. Should have exposure to steel manufacturing and its application process. Should have understanding of sales and marketing activities.


Qualification:


Must: Engineering graduate (Metallurgical / Mechanical ) preferably with MBA in Marketing

Desirable: PGDBM / MBA (Marketing), Working Knowledge of MS Office


Key Functional Responsibilities:


Product Development - Promote usage of coated steel products (ZINCALUME steel and COLORBOND steel) in alternate applications
Responsible for successful implementation of coated product in alternate application from specification stage to commercial production (min 3 sales transaction). He shall be responsible for understanding client manufacturing process, making TSS , sample testing and trails, arranging quotes through sales and trail lots for production. -
Coordinate with regional sales and Specification team to achieve budgeted quantities.
Engage in the technical and commercial negotiation with customer


Key Result Areas:


Improve on Market Presence of Coated Steel Products in alternate applications and achieve ABP plan in support with regional market development team and sales team
Regular visit to B2 B customer in introduce TBSL product to them
Market survey in manufacturing segments and develop the action plan
Implement the Key account management proper customer handing over activity to sales.
100% customer satisfaction responsible for customer complaint handling process /warranty process
Develop, Grow and Expand the application of COLORBOND steel & ZINCALUME steel in various Industrial Sectors. Emphasis on relationship building, Product Seminars, Technical Discussions.
Monitor, Coordinate, Manage & update the Summary of Objectives Strategy, Key Actions and prioritized schedules.
