Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

They are looking for someone to join their team in London where they will embark upon a comprehensive training programme and learn the ropes of recruitment from their peers, who are some of the best in the industry. 

The Role 
• Seek new business and build new client relationships through business development 
• Sourcing best calibre candidates to expand the talent pool
• Liaise with clients and candidates regularly to maintain strong relationships
• Face-to-face client meetings
• Placing candidates and filling client vacancies 
• Interview preparation and guidance for candidates 
• Interview feedback 
• Fully comprehensive training 

Applicant criteria
• Some sales or target based role experience is highly desirable but experience is not essential
• Applicant must be ambitious, competitive and/or money motivated 
• 2:1 degree or above
• Well presented, articulate and have a good explanation as to why this is the right career choice to you 
• Target orientated 
• Entrepreneurial
