Job Description
3+ years of Telecom/IT experience in design and implementation of work force management Solutions. Good knowledge of developing .NET, ASP, Java applications.
Software development life-cycle (SDLC) exposure with hands on Design, coding, testing and Integration phases, including .Net code review ability
Exposure to IT architecture e.g. Network, Server, Security infrastructure, database systems and client/server environment (Added advantage)
Preferred Skills:
Click Service Optimization Suite 8.0 suite (Click Schedule, Click Mobile, Structure tool, Administration tool, and Click Analyze)
Knowledge on integrating Click Service Optimization Suite with other CRM/ ERP systems like BMC Remedy etc.
Designing Click 8.0 BGO agents and work flow agents
Good to have Skills :
Developing and customizing .net applications using Visual Studio 2008 , 2010 and .Net framework 3.5,4.0
Good hands on / understanding web services
Good hands on experience on working with Microsoft SQL server 2008 and 2010
Good hand on experience on working with PLSQL developer and Oracle DB 11i
Very Good hands-on experience on Configuration, integration, testing and installation aspects of Click Suite
Have worked in large scale deployment programs which involves multiple systems and integration
Responsible for preparing detailed Test plans. Test summary reports, System and integration testing, providing UAT and OAT Support
Responsible for functional Testing of the Click software tool.
Working with end users for trouble shooting issues with Click and working with Click software support team.
Capturing the complex set of business requirements and translating them to Application level requirements
Managing the end to end Stakeholder and Vendor communications
Produce high quality document deliverables Impact assessment, Feasibility study, requirement traceability matrix, detailed test plan, master test plan, interface specification, Test summary reports for Unit/ system and integration testing.
Maintain Delivery tracking report, Defect tracking report and generate daily summary report.
Validation/review of TG IT Deliverables (templates), Responsible for Implementation Methodology
