- Manage requests through emails
- Research and contact clients with resolution information
- Use the IT HelpLine's ticketing system to retrieve and update issues
- Utilize knowledge tools to research and update documentation for issues.
- Troubleshoot any applications
- Troubleshoot any software or hardware issues
- Complete password resets for employees
- Share Point experience is helpful
