Role:
1. Conduct financial, operational and compliance audits.
2. Planning and execution of audit field work and review.
3. Prepare audit check-lists for effective and timely completion of Audit.
4. Prepare audit program / process understanding document for reviews and get it reviewed by Manager / Head IA. Ensure that the audit programs are comprehensive, i.e. coverage of all activities of the auditee.
5. Prepare draft reports and provide the same for review. Ensure that draft report is prepared after discussing observations with the operational personnel and after ensuring factual accuracy.
6. Identify the Root Cause and Provide recommendations to management for strengthening controls, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures and enhancing operations.
7. Ensure that the reports are prepared and closed as per timelines agreed.
8. Ensure regular updating of requirements of various Acts & Laws as required under various audit assignments.
9. Conduct Compliance & Follow up review of implementation of audit recommendations.
10. Proficient in using Oracle R12, Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point.
