A)Test Tools: Toad, QuerySurge, Informatica, Ultra Edit,
Top 3 Technical Skills:
1.SQL skills that demonstrate a higher than average capability in the BI domain
2.Ability to apply analytical abilities to diagnose and solve complex issues
3.Sound knowledge of test methods used in a BI/data warehouse domains
Q) What BI background/technologies would you prefer they have/what BI tools/technology does Medica use?
A) We use Informatica (90% of responsibility), OBI(10%). We also use Oracle Databases 90% of the time and SQL Server 10% of the time.
Specific Experience Required:
-Minimum of 2 years experience in a lead or mentorship role
-Superior knowledge of BI quality methodologies and techniques
-Minimum of 2 years experience BI testing techniques, methodologies, and tools
-Extensive experience in the development and implementation of testing strategies, Quality Assurance frameworks
-Health care industry experience preferred
-Bachelor's degree in computer science, programming or related field
-Agile experience-participated in 1+ projects using agile development methodology
