Manager Distribution

Experience: 5 to 8 yrs. Reporting to: Sr. Manager Distribution
- Reports to Senior Manager - Distribution and shall closely coordinate and update him with respect to all projects
- Coordinate with various teams like Accounts, Finance and Purchase for Asset procurement
- Coordinate with C&Fs on their requirement on Infrastructure. Keep and manage asset register of C&F locations. Ensure that the C&F asset requirement for their location is well analysed with proper rationale and validated by the RDM
- Ensure that MIGO, payments to the vendors and closure compliance of all records wrt IFO is completed
- Assist the team in site visit, C&F transfers, vendor meeting etc
- The candidate shall also be given projects to be managed single headedly.
- Assist the team in Budget preparation
- Project wise week wise tracking will be done
- "Take the wheel" / Financial savings will be a part of the candidate's goal
- Location optimization (75 locations to 34 locations)
