Job Opportunity for the position of Business Systems Advisor- Payments @ Dell International Services Pvt Ltd, Noida. 

Job Title :Business Systems Advisor- Payments

Role overview 
As a Business Analyst, within the Banking Consulting Group, the person will be responsible for gathering the
business requirements directly from our Customers. This person should be a subject matter expert in Payments, Liquidity
& Cash Management domain with 6-10 years of experience, having worked on complex assignments for Financial
Institutions globally.
This person will work closely with Client Business/IT team & internal development teams and act as the Onsite
Single Point of Contact for all queries. This person should possess a proven track record of Business Analysis,
Consulting, requirements gathering, analysis, design, UAT etc.

Role Responsibilities 
As an integral part of the Dell Banking Consulting Team, the person will be responsible for leading the discussions
with client from a Business perspective. The person will also contribute towards development of the Banking Consulting
team, assist in short term consulting assignments, lead a team of business analysts and manage the customers from a
domain perspective.
Responsible for leading High Level Business & Project Review Meetings for Payments system modernization/
transformation and Liquidity & Cash Management Systems
Interacting with business stakeholders for requirements gathering, analysis, documentation etc.
Work with the delivery / implementation teams to provide domain inputs and to ensure delivery and implementation
of the proposed solution
Interacting with the technical team to ensure that the requirements are clear and well understood
Translating business requirement document to software requirement specifications
Review Test strategy & test specifications, assist in Functional testing and provide UAT/BAT support


Requirements 
6-10 years of Industry experience, having worked in Tier-1 IT organizations in BFSI domain with a focus on
Payments, Liquidity & Cash Management functions.
Domain experience in
o Low Value Payments, High Value Payments, Cross Border Payments and key regulations & associated IT impacts,
affecting the Payments market, such as Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA), Faster Payments, Payment Services
Directive, Account Switching, G3 etc.
o Debt & Investment management, Intercompany loans, limit monitoring, performance evaluation & reporting, cash
positioning & reconciliation, forecasting & liquidity planning etc.
Good understanding of the global Payments Landscape, associated instruments (Direct Debits/Direct Credits) and
key players for both Retail & Wholesale payments
Understanding of Agile methodology / experience working as a Scrum Master
Experience in Use case Modeling, Creating use cases, workflow diagrams etc.
Experience in conducting UAT/BAT
Experience of working on core payments & treasury applications such as Clear2Pay, Dovetail, FundTech GPP,
treasury (esp. cash and liquidity management) applications such as Smartstream, Misys, Sungaurd Ambit, Oracle Cash &
Liquidity mgmt. etc.
Good communication skills with ability to lead domain discussions with BFSI customers
Engineering + MBA degree is preferred
